This service is the worse I left my car for simple ting and after a week my car was with a lot of demige it took me a mount to be fix don't ever go there

I am unhappy about the way the workforce handles the job.

There is no clear separation between repair shop and Allstate insurance. The job was handled like fulfilling insurance responsibility than serving customer needs.

The person who ever estimated the job cost in the end told in clear terms we are "AllState" employees.

The pros of Tech-cor is the claims process and fulfilling insurance responsibility. The cons are Tech-cor doesn't show any concern for customer needs/satisfaction.
