However, the challenge of creative design was so exciting that she changed her career to become a designer. Stay away from this place! The estimate we got from Lily was much higher than the other ones but she convinced us that she has the top quality product and the best customer service. It was all a big lie. When the blinds were first delivered, half of the order was missing the other was different from what was described by Lily. When we asked the installer about the missing blinds he said he doesn't know anything about it and just walked away. After multiple phone calls and visits to the store, we finally got the rest of the blinds, six months after placing the original order. The blinds do not block the light as was promised by Lily, and do not even cover the windows completely. After voicing all the concerns to her, she said that there is nothing she can do about it and we should order drapery over the blinds to block the light. Multiple blinds started to malfunction just a few months after installation. Tried to contact Lily to get them fixed, with no luck. Terrible customer service

beware of added tax

wonderful work but beware of the old sales trick of adding tax on after the price is given. That can amount to a couple hundred dollars easily and is a very questionable practice considering that the tax charged is ALSO on labor!! Beware
