This company screwed my parents out of thousands of dollars and did HORRIBLE work on the house.

They improperly installed windows, refused to replace/fix the issues that we had.

Company filed for bankrupcy and the owner went into hiding.

We engaged Alan Dennison to provide Marvin windows and a new roof. His work appeared to be of high quality. Apparently he uses sub contractors, who obviously did not share his zest for competency and customer satisfaction. After 43, yes, 43 calls to his cell, business number (which has been disconnected) and wife, he FINALLY sent a team to repair the flashings which leaked and caused damage to our ceilings and fixed the windows that were not installed properly. What a nightmare. I understand from the Illinois State Attorney Office that he has shut down his business. Our experience with Alan Dennison was not positive. OF course, we will never use him again. His brother, on the other hand, was quite competent.
