Studio Movie Grill(SMG) Wheaton, IL (08/20/2011)



This theater is seriously ghetto. I went with my family and friends on 20th August, 2012. They had sold same seats tickets to 3 other customers. We ended up without watching movie and came back home frustrated. This place sucks.



Customer service was nightmare. Clerk(Merry) at ticket counter was rude. Even she didn't admit her mistake, selling same seat tickets to different people.



Without going into too many details about the very very rude treatment we received from SMG employees, I would just like to say this: teach your employees how to treat customers. SMG employees are so dumb even don't know how to allocate seats and operate computer. Treat your patron with respect. Treat them like you care about their business next time, because you just lost mine. I'm sure you could care less about one person, but you should care about the perception of your company. This place needs to train its staff and hire a new manager who can respect his costumers and knows how to run a business.



ALSO the movie theater frequently has technical errors , which only makes the impression of the movie theather "crap."



I will never be going there(Studio Movie Grill, Wheaton, IL) again. ONE OF THE WORST MOVIE THEATER EXPERIENCES.
