When you order a beautiful $60 arrangement online thru Teleflora and this is what Stems N Such delivers - unwrapped, and on the wrong day. Here is the proof that you need to get your flowers somewhere else.

Stems N' Such a disappointment

My Husband orderd flowers for me right before Mothers day. The flowers were ...ok. He payed with a credit card and the total was $34.18. So, almost a month later my credit card was billed for $44.89! Not expecting this payment to be taken at this time I was short on other bills that were due to come out of my account. They did not charge my card that day because she said they were so busy. She also said they had tried my card several times since then but it wouldnt go through....hmmm thats weird. Why didnt they call?? Well because they were sooo busy the person forget to get our phone number!! OH MY! So after telling her how I am now short and have all these fees because of this payment one month AFTER I couldnt even get an " sorry about that"... nothing! OH ya and I was billed to much. So She said she was going to refund the $10.71 that was overcharged but ofered nothing else. I would have been happy with an Im sorry but I guess she was to busy.

I HAVE USED STEMS 'N SUCH FLORIST FOR OVER 6YRS. I HAVE FOUND THE OWNER AND STAFF TO BE SUPERIOR IN MAKING YOUR WISHES COME TRUE. THEY PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL. AND IF YOU SELECT AN FLORAL PIECE FROM A BOOK AND THEY CAN NOT FULFILL THE EXACT ORDER , THEY WILL ADD A MORE EXPENSIVE ADDITION TO YOUR CHOICE TO COMPENSATE. AND THAT 'S GREAT !!! IT'S NICE TO HAVE A BUSINESS YOU CAN DEPEND ON FOR YOUR SEASONAL, HOLIDAY AND EVERYDAY NEEDS.

You get what you pay for

We ordered the flowers for my daughter's wedding, which was May 3, 2008, from this florist and for starters they did not look like what we picked out. Next, we were one corsage short, which could happen to anyone, but the flower arrangements started falling apart the minute we took them out of the box. I don't mean a petal here and there; I mean that big pieces of the bouquet were falling out. I have roses, stems and all, all over my car, my kitchen floor, and every box that we packed things up in. The little girls at the reception were picking them up of the floor and carrying them around. My daughter wanted to have her bouquet preserved but there is not much left of it. We have another daughter that is getting married in three weeks and both girls had ordered their flowers from this florist, but tomorrow we will be looking for another florist and asking for our deposit back before cancelling our order. Yes their prices beat everyone else’s but I guess the saying is true; you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money paying for flowers from this shop.

i looked through all of our wedding s and can not find having done two daughter wedding i just happen to stumble across this looking at our website we try very hard to please every bride we try very hard with every order that we get and if there is a problem we try to resolve it im sorry if she was not pleased with us but we try our best with every order and we try to be commited to customer service
