Had an appointment here for an oil change @4 they said it would be 45 min, I didnt leave for 2 1/2 hours. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Went to this store today. Associates Josh and Kevin were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and so was Matt in the Service Dept. Great selection of automotive products and good prices, too.

Been going to this pep boys over 10 years and seen the good and bad, the new manger shawn for last 6 months or so has turn'd this store in to a great place to get all your cars needs adressed with class and respect ,,
