Dissapointing experience, to say the least!

My son and fiance are between apartments and needed a place to house their cat for awhile until they got their own place. They guy that works there is extremely rude. He told my son'd fiance that if she didn't pick up her cat by Thursday, he would call Humane Society to have the cat put down. They refuse to feed cats food provided by the owner. He was the worst we've seen in Customer Service.
