I have known Paul for more than 20 years and there isn't anyone I would trust my antique rugs and carpet cleaning to more than Carpet Rescue Service. Not only have they been in business longer than any other carpet cleaning service in Denver, they always show up on time, have great rates, and get my carpets looking new again. Old school service. I like that.

I had just retiled my floors and needed a "transition strip put in." That's what I was told I needed. He seemed friendly on the phone, and wasn't pushy or a prick. Being a female trying to get handiwork done is sometimes like buying a car, you get treated horribly. Appt made for next week. No hassles. I ended up having a chunk of time today free so I called to try to reschedule thinking no way, it's already so late in the day but worth a try. He was totally accommodating and came within the time frame he stated. What I wanted was transition (b/c that's all I know) however, one of the entryways in my house doesn't have it - and the carpet is pushed up to the tile - which I liked better but didn't know I could ask for that - he said it wasn't going to a be a problem and would do it in a jiffy. The work is beautiful. He was quick. He was clean - a huge win with me. Price was reasonable.

I originally called them because 40 years in that business seems to be a standard. They did a terrific job, the carpet in the boys room looks almost new. I will use them again for our rugs throughout the house.

Just the fact that this company has been around for more than 40 years got me to call them the first time. I have not used anyone else for me cleaning since. Terrific service.

I called this guys because they said they could get the urine stain out from my new puppy. I wasn't to sure until i saw the finished carpet. I couldn't even see were the dog had gone and the smell was also gone, great job would recomend again for pets.
