After another disappointing costly haircut at another salon, a couple of days earlier, I Googled "best hair salons in Wheat Ridge" and came across Altitude Salon. I read the reviews and walked in to schedule an appointment with Meaghan, who turns out to be a knowledgeable, delightful owner. She was cutting a trendy, short, cut on another customer. And it was looking great! I have been told, I have fine, thick hair and I was wondering if I was ever going to be able to find someone who could consistently give me the cool, trendy styles I see so many other women wearing. Meaghan did not have a lot of length to work with and the ends of my hair looked like they had been hacked. Fortunately she was able to correct a very bad haircut and send me back into public again. Great location, clean salon, friendly staff. If you have "difficult" hair, I would strongly recommend Meaghan. She took me on like a pro and I had a much better outlook 45 minutes later.
