My mother who needs some general assistance was looking for a place to stay, so we tried placing her here. So far, it is a great fit for her and she has told me that she enjoys the small home-like atmosphere. She even made friends already!

The Elizabeth Catherine Rest Home provides quality care in a comfortable, homelike setting.



In response to the other review, it is the facility's procedure to always inform the resident's emergency contact when he/she is transferred to the hospital.

My aunt whom is both restricted to a wheel chair and mentally unstable lived there for a few months. Yesterday my mother, sister and I were in a tizzy when we received a phone call from the emergency room. The nurses had packed ALL of her belongings (including a myriad of pills and prescriptions with no instructions) and left her in an emergency room in Quincy without informing a single soul in her family. she has shingles, is contagious and is now living at home with us and my grandmother who could easily get sick. we are no medical staff. truely horrendous behavior, i wouldnt recommend them to an enemy.
