Provided by YP.comI live on the second floor and I'll I hear from 5:00am on is the dog above me and next to me. I work from home and this dog barks and cries all day long. When owner comes home he/she must play with it and it sounds like it is coming through the ceiling. If you are going to rent here make sure no one has any pets anywhere around you. Maybe try for a top floor apartment.
