Provided by YP.comNine times out of ten they cut my hair wrong. How can you cut hair wrong when given instructions and pictures!? It's always like Russian roulette when going here. When I do find someone who does it right they move. Or I find someone who cuts it right only to request them the next time for it to be cut wrong by them, no consistency.
