He offered an estimated ETA and arrived ahead of schedule. He was able to open my unlock my car door and I was able to order an additional key which was also delivered on the date it was guaranteed. Very sad,charged $300.00 to program a key,the truck still doesn't start, terrible .changed ignition and key,but never started the truck,so now we are out of $300.00 and still no truck to go to work. We could of changed ignition for about $80.00
