I previously submitted a negative review for Village Plumbing. Mr. Battles has personally worked hard to redeem my belief in his company after a frustrating experience with one of his employees. Since that experience he has personally come to my house twice on short notice to assist with a difficult plumbing situation and later to install some new fixtures. I'm afraid my initial judgement was based on insufficient data. Our recent experiences with this company have been exemplary, and I recommend Mr. Battles and Village Plumbing without reservation.

Worst business

I would never recommend this company to anyone the owner Bill Battles is a very shady businessman and he treats his employees horribly. He doesn't know how to run a business and over charges all of his work he also promises his employees everything then takes away from them. I am going to report him to the better business bureau and they will handle a worthless person like that.

I would never use a company that refuses to pay their employees just because they left the company. It is not only illegal but immoral.

There are too many other plumbing companies out there that I would rather give my hard earned money too. They do NOT deserve your business.

An EXCELENT COMPANY WELL MANAGED

I Would rate this company of 1O Or + I know both the Owner and the Manager of this company and from using them I would say they are trust worthy,Reliable,Honest and the prices are great. I would recommend this company to anyone. I also would say if you call them expect a Phone Call Or A Stop By the next Day and I promise you that.
