Terrible customer service in my experience. I had long waits with no apologies. I would not recommend this place!

Chanel is amazing! Least pain I have ever had with a Brazilian. She also makes you feel very comfortable! I almost never get ingrowns after coming here.

I am so elated that i have finally found someone with the experience and patients that Rosa has. I will never go to anyone else. She is very professional and knows her work. She has made me feel so comfortable and takes the time to go above and beyond when i am getting a service done with her. I myself work at a very fast paced salon in westport and she always finds time to fit me in. I higly recommend her. Shes great.

I had a great experience and felt very comfortable with Rosa. She explained how to take care of my skin as well as how often I should wax. I wouldn't go anywhere else or have anyone else wax me. European Wax Center in Westport is the best.

i love the Westport location. I also go to the Norwalk location and they are great too. Fast and less discomfort and redness then traditional wax and very clean. This is my go to place for a brazilian or eyebrow wax. I have used several of the estheticians and they are all good.

All I have to say is compare their prices to the competition. They can't be beat. I have no complaints and it really was an almost painless experience. I can't even complain about the employees, good conversation and I'm happy with the final product. What more can you ask for?

I had the best experience at the European Wax Center. The front desk was so friendly and helpful and the wax was quick and really didnt hurt. It was super clean too! They even let me try the first time free!

There are four hundred wax centers around the country and packages can be used at any of them. I like the service of the Westport And Norwalk European Wax Centers a lot and refer all of our friends. I go there, and so does my wife, my sister, mother and mother in law. Great place for men and women. Highly recommend them as the best place to wax in Fairfield County.
