Well as a teen girl ,which we are very picky especially

me ,I walked in the salon and their very nice especially the manager .at my turn she completely understood what I wanted and I loved it .but it's not only the cut its also the great attitude and hard work they showed:) I loved it!sold$

I would like someone from corporate to look into the Weston Road, FL location. I went in because a stylist had colored my hair about a week and a half ago and commented at the time 'it didn't really take or cover' in the middle of my head where there were previous highlights. I had also requested a dark blonde- she said it would fade, etc. She mixed two colors so I never could see what would happen. The result- it was brown with yellow peaking through. I went back yesterday and another stylist understood. Unfortunately, when I came back today, the other stylist was there. She accused me of lying in front of a roomful of people. It was totally unacceptable. I decided to contact corporate and left. I sincerely didn't go in there with an attitude- I was willing to wait until the next color treatment. But the encounter was extremely abrasive and combative. There were witnesses. My family will never go there again.
