I LOVE ❤️Isabel Boutique ! Anytime I need to find that certain 'something' for either a night out, party, or just a simple tank top or tshirt Isabel has it! I NEVER leave there empty handed! Every time I go in there Isabel knows me by name. Her clothes are definitely unique, you will not find the same clothes anywhere else- GUARANTEED!

Owner is unprofessional., and a complete SNOB! Who runs a business like this? Good luck staying in business with your attitude. Clothing is poorly made, experience with customer service & attentiveness is always poor. I don't know anyone who has had a positive experience at this poor excuse for a boutique.

Very disappointed after shopping today in Isabel s and will never return. I went into the store to purchase a dress for my daughter….. it was the last dress on the rack. As I went to check out, a salesperson noticed the $59 dress had a defect (the silver chains that were connected to the shoulder were broken and dangling down off the dress). The owner said that she would take off $5.00 for the defect but the sale would be final and no returns could be made. I explained that I did not even know if the dress would fit my daughter. She then told me that I could pay full price for the dress. That way if it did not fit, I could return it!!!! I thought....really……. for FIVE DOLLARS!!!! For five dollars…..I want you, the OWNER of ISABEL’S, to take comfort in the fact that you just lost a customer over a ridiculous store policy. I believe it is below you to operate a retail establishment this way. I have purchased many things from this store and as of today, I will not step foot in this store again. I would rather drive all the way to Cooper City and shop in “Accessory Obsession” than patronize our establishment again.” All this for five dollars………. Good Day…… “Five dollars poorer, but so much WISER…..”
