The Physical Therapy center is an excellent facility. Staff is professional but friendly and very pleasant to work with.

Dr.Badih A. Adada who works at this hospital as a nuerologist. Once worked at the UMAS hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2005 he did Deep Brain Stimulation on my Brain and then right after that sent me for Botox. Needless to say if the Surgery had of worked then I would not of needed Botox for Dystonia. After doing nothing to help me before he left the State of Arkansas. Dr. Badih Adada never even refered me to another Doctor before he left Arkansas to work at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. All he did was refer me back to the makers of the device in my Brain.Which is Medtronic! Now I am left disabled with wires that run down my neck and batteries implanted in my chest, leads implanted in my brain which are turned off and not working since he left. Leaving me with no Doctor and a dangerous implant that no other Doctor wants to touch me now. He also charged medicaid for this unnecessary surgery that he did on me. Leaving me more disabled then before. I wanted to tell my story. So, that this man does not get away with doing this to another innocent person hoping, for a real professional Doctor to help them and not leave them worse off then before they came to them!
