Great people working for an ok bank...location is what killed the rating no-longer have a Utica Branch so may be looking for alternative banking solutions...you would think that when they left Utica Area they would have offered free atm withdrals as way to keep utica market now just a decent rual area bank.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Easy to work with and great service!
