Provided by YP.comI will never use this UPS store again. The owner cares only about the profit and not about satisfying the customer. He will talk over you to state his point, not listen to what you are saying, and insist that he is correct. His employees seem to be trained to make money, not to think about options and help to do what is best for the customer's needs.
