I would recommend Citadel to anyone and everyone. I've never experienced such great customer service, and have never had even a single issue with Citadel. Their sales executive, Bob McNellis, is extremely helpful, as is Jennifer Albertson, a customer service rep, and the driver who comes to our location, Milan. I wish every company offered the same service and quality!
