Very friendly and personable. The lady that drew my blood was one of the best I have ever had.

I was treated professionally and respectfully my first visit. However, I have attempted a second appointment. I went in person and stood in the reception area 10 minutes and no one was there and no one came out to help me. I since have called three times to schedule an appt and no one has answered the telephone.

This lab is very clean so I choose it over Labcorp which is right next door. I didn't realize my insurance had changed that year and did not have Quest listed as a provider anymore. When I went in the receptionist wasn't there and the lab tech took my info. She didn't ask for my insurance card so I asked her if she wanted it. She asked if I had been there before and when I said yes she said she didn't need to see my card. Several weeks later I received a $250.00 bill instead of my standard $10.00.



When I went back to question the lab about why they didn't check my insurance they told me they were instructed to tell customers they take every insurance. I consider this a lie.



Yes, I should have checked my insurance but these people are honestly trying to scam ignorant people out of their money. I have had over 30 blood tests at various locations and they have always, always checked to see if the lab and the insurance were compliant. This was the first time and I paid for it.
