My experience with Brothers has been terrible. It took too long for the product, a gas fireplace/stove, to arrive, first of all. They do not return phone calls. The customer has to persue them to get the product and service making for an interesting business model. The owner made me feel like an idiot most of the time because I did not know anything about propane installation. I figured that was his job, buit he did not think so. Don't waste your time using this business.

Trying to get service from these people is almost impossible. The almost NEVER return calls and they NEVER handle the problem on the first call, leaving it to the customer to persue them. Don't get involved with them in the first place, call someone else to get your products.

Love my new grill.....very helpful.....all setup.......Great store!!!!
