DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ridiculous pricing, find someone else. We had used Roy Mays with Appliance King for a few repairs over the course of about 10 years. This last time, he came out, and charged us nearly $140 for a broken dryer knob. He lives about 10 minutes aways, spent 5 minutes at our home, and charged us $109 for a "service call" and then $26 for a $4 part! I tried discussing it with him, but he was arrogant and dismissive. I will never be calling appliance king again. Be warned, he never even told us the minimum charge would be $109 just to come by. I'm all for fair pricing, but this was horrible. I'm thinking about writing the better business bureau for his lack of disclosure in pricing also.
