Dr. Ryan Wooldridge is a Colorado native, born and raised in scenic Colorado Springs. He completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and then proceeded to the University of Houston College of Optometry where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to Optometry school, Dr. Wooldridge worked as an optician for three years and gained valuable knowledge which allows him to provide the highest quality refractive care. His interests include refractive care, contact lenses, LASIK co-management, and medical optometry including red eye management. Dr. Wooldridge has a passion for helping people which was developed early in life and was strengthened when he went on 2 separate medical mission trips, once to Panama, and once to Nicaragua. While on these missions, he and other volunteers brought vital medical aid to underserved populations. During his time off, Ryan enjoys traveling, exploring the Denver and Boulder areas with his girlfriend who is a residency trained optometrist and catching up with his Colorado friends and family. Dr. Wooldridge provides eye care to persons aged 6 months to end of life. He offers mobile vision services to places or persons that are unable to be seen at the office location.
