My issue is they have an annual fee that comes out 4 months after you sign up and no reminders no email ,text they just go in take the fee out not even on the same day the monthly payment is due . Well I called to see what was going on when I seen 29.99 taken out I was told it was the annual fee , however it was not it was a n/f fee she did not explain that to me so I got charged twice 29.99 and then a month later got a text I had a balance due ok 1st why didnt they send out a reminder text and 2nd why wasnt I told that when I called and 3rd why wait a month in a half to text me about the balance due so my 20.00 membership turned into 80.00 thats bs and I will pay the 58.00 to quit that place... and be careful if you do join sometimes the ac leaks and it leaks all over the place try not to work out to close to the ac system
