as of Jul 4th, 2014 - Warning for new customers. We bought a $30 rechargeable account for 2 months up to 1000 minutes. After 200 minutes usage, the phone account was disabled. We went to this store (15781 Brookhurst St, Westminster, CA 92683 ) and was told the agent (middle sale person) only bought the $20 account, and $10 went to the Internet 3G cost. We were told there is nothing they can do for us. We were told we were on our old if we have to complain and call the customer service. At the time we went to the store, we saw three customers with the same exact problem. They all left being upset, feeling cheated. Please be careful with this business. They are trying to take your money without any responsibility.
