Great selection of major name brand frames at a very reasonable price. The staffs are nice and Dr Brittany is very pleasant and professional.

I normally don't write reviews but after having an experience at 2020 Vision Optometry in Westminster I wanted to share my experiences. I heard about their anniversary sale on the radio, savings of up to 40% on frames with drawings and giveaways. I thought I go check it out today since I was in need of a new prescription. Wow to my surprise what a busy office. I've never seen such a busy optometrist office anywhere. They must have had more than 10 staff members serving customers and four examination rooms all fulled. There were so many people so I went up to ask the receptionist how long is the wait if I wanted to get my eye examination done. She asked me if I had an appointment and since I didn't have one she said about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. I said that's fine since I figure I spend the time checking out their selection of frames and see if the prices were any good. While I was waiting and checking out the frames one of the customer won an iTouch. I hear someone already won a big 40 in TV already but there were more prizes. I didn't win any prizes but I did get a voucher at a Vietnamese restaurant. That was very nice of them no wonder so many people came to the sales. We'll I waited for almost an hour and fifteen minutes before I saw the doctor. Dr. Kim is such a great optometrist. She's fun to talk to and she's very funny while being very professional at the same time. I can see why the lines for her was so long. After my examination I was escorted by their manager and given a sales staff member to help me with selecting a frame. The staff was very nice and patience since I must have tried on at least 20 frames before making my final decision on a pair of Prada glasses. I can see why the wait can be long at times since customer like me take our time in selecting a frame. Over all my experience was a really good one with the exception of having to wait so long. I suppose if you're going to show up during their very busy anniversary sale without an appointment you should expect to wait. There were some complaints about having to wait but with four examination rooms they were going as fast as possible but still taking the time to talk to the patient. It's like to going to a very busy restaurant, you can't expect immediate service as you have to wait your turn.
