Was looking for a new jewlers as mine had closed. Just before the shutdown I left a ring to be polished. After the shutdown I noticed a defect that had not been there prior. Finally I was able to go back (months later) and spoke with the owner< Remi. I explained the situation and he immediately took my confidence in his store and customer service to a whole new level. He repaired the ring for free! We purchased another ring while we were there and he sized the new one AND the one he repaired for free!!!. When we went back to pick up my rings I asked if he could put a ring guard on my wedding ring as I am not ready to have it resized. And again I was not charged! He has won my husband's and my trust and confidence!!! We have our new neighborhood jewelers!!!!!

A great visit to the Westland store and saved some old jewelry we could no longer wear because of fitting issues. We left wearing the piece my wife had not been able to wear for years.
