My husband went to this store and made a purchase. called them the next day because what he bought did not work well. The person he spoke with told him to bring it back for a refund and when he went back the guy then told him he would do store credit not a refund. When my husband told him we would just do our business elsewhere the guy said that's ok this is the first time u have been in here. well guess what? I made purchases quite often so u are loosing a customer and I will tell everyone I can not to shop there too. stand behind your words and don't lie to people. doesn't make for good business. only reason for one star is couldn't do none.
