I just stopped in to get some information about improving my sound in my jeep and the service was awful. The guy that came to the desk to help the other guy was nothing short of an arrogant jerk. He spoke down to me and used sound jargon to make me feel dumb. What an a**. Thanks but no thanks car tunes

I have been going to cartunes for the past 8 years and the way to describe them is absolutely awsome from the first time I walked into the cartunes in Westland to just a couple days ago the employees that work there r extremely helpful with everything I wanted done they make sure that u understand bout everything u have put in mike at the register has gone above and beyond making sure that I'm happy well I can also include all the installers as well they r extremely professional in everything they do and u can trust them to do the best job on everything they work on I have had them put tint on and they also put in my entire system and a custome sub box built just to fit my truck and I have also had them put in led lights inside my truck and put led inside the cab as well I also love the fact that they don't try to talk h into anything that u don't need I will never ever let anyone touch my truck they r the only ones that will ever touch I'm very very particular on who touches my truck and I trust them completely if u want to have the best work on urs then go to Westland and talk to mike it will blow ur mind how they take care of u and if u want custom work done they do it all go to cartunes in Westland they will do whatever it takes to get everything u want done nobody can hold a candle to these guys if u want it done right then go to cartunes no one is better than them

I have had two cars with remote starters from them with great product and service. i am going to get another car starter from them in the next month.
