Everyone at this location is wonderful! I am a long time customer here and will continue to be thanks to Eric and Nate. I had an issue with my tv and through all the chaos they still managed to make sure I was leaving a happy customer. Thank you Eric, Nate and all the Best Buy staff that helped!

I purchased an Xbox one headset adapter online, I paid full price for a NEW and NOT open box...When I picked it up at the Westland Best Buy Store, The store provided me with an item with a red label (a returned item with reduced price of $19.99) I was in a hurry and I did not see that until I got home (Best buy charged me $26.99/NEW ITEM, Best Buy gave me an used item with a price label of $19.99)....I have been on the phone for over and hour (getting transfer from one Best Buy department to another....Westland Store just Hang up on me THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX THE PRICE.

This used to be the store I went to if I needed a DVD, Video Game, Computer Program, LAPTOP (!), Digital Camera, Digital Video Camera, Memory Card, Battery or whatever. I've been shopping there for years. And just today I had a horrible experience with they're Geek Squad there, that I plan on bringing the issue up to management and further. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, NOR WILL I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH OTHER PEOPLE SHOPPING THERE. THIS BEST BUY IS BAD.

Store is always very clean, buzy at times. As far as help, I think lately you are jumped on if you walk past any of the sales reps. I feel like I am at a carnival walking past money hungry carnies trying to get you to play their games. Looking at washers and dryers I had about 3 reps come up to me immediatly, and their new motto is "were not based on commission". This is annoying to me.

Good parking on wayne rd side. Plenty of help but did not know the answer to my question.
