DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Theirs not have punctuality and professionalism , Douglas does a VERY bad job. Everything in my house had to be redone. I lost all my money and time.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

we needed a simple fix at one of our commercial properties. we needed 3 toilets to be fixed/replaced. we were in a pinch and had to get it done quick so the overpricing he charged had to be done. one of the toilets was not bolted down correctly and wobbled (we had to fix it). one did not shut off and a couple days later when I called him to please look at it he said he was charging a big service call fee. i questioned him on it so he said he would come by and "look" at it but never did nor has he called back. this company is the type that gives plumbers bad reputations. HERE IS THE KICKER....WHEN HE ARRIVED AT OUR STORE ALL HE DID WAS FLIRT WITH ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND KEPT ASKING IF SHE WAS SINGLE AND BADGERING HER FOR HER PHONE NUMBER!!!!! We have 13 locations and have not seen such poor professional skills!

Why would they have to do that?

I had alot of work done by them. And almost everything they did. I had to have redone or fixed.

There Painting was OK.

But the Drywall, and mud was not that good.

They will tell you one price, then keep adding too it.

Do not trust AS2F. They will rip you off.

You will have to get the work redone.

First of all, I would like to say thank you for letting me express my opinion of your new website. Sure, you may have updated and professionalize your website to make your company look top notch, but we found this to truly be false advertising.



In our experience with you, not one quality mentioned in your website is accurate. Your company totally lacks professionalism, quality of workmanship, work ethics and quality materials used on the job. Not to mention, after investigation, we found that AS2F Handyman & Construction is NOT a state licensed company even though we were told so.



After speaking with Doug about the job we were interested in, we were quoted a price and time period in which the job would be completed. Not only did the job run longer than quoted, it was NEVER completed and our time working with AS2F ended with many ignored phone calls and missed appointments after promising to return to finish.



After all was said and done, two other contractors were needed to repair, finish and clean up the disaster of a job that AS2F Handyman & Construction had left behind.



Truly if there was any pride in the ownership of this company, why was it so hard to find the owner. I was passed around to 3 different people and still no one would take responsibility.



To say the least, the experience was a nightmare.

Yes I found AS2F on craigslist and had them come out and give me an estimate on some hardwood flooring in my living room and hallway. They had access to a flooring supplier that gave me the hardwood I needed for a better price than I saw anywhere else I looked. The crew was kind and respectful. And the work was amazing, they even put pictures of my floor on there website that is how good it looked. I have already recommended them to my family members and I will continue to recommend them.

I hired AS2F to build a deck for my parents. The friendliness, attention to detail and pride in workmanship was outstanding and he was able to work within my budget. I have since recommended AS2F to other family members and many friends and they have been extremely satisfied. Doug is the owner and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are happy. This business definately raises the bar on excellence!
