Providing elevator services in southeast Michigan with a home town mentality based on integrity, our customers range from personal homes to private businesses and large apartment complexes. Working to keep Michigan strong, we make every effort to purchase material and supplies from locally owned businesses. Home of the No-show, No-pay policy, 5 POINTS ELEVATOR never charges for missed exams nor do we need to give credit for missing visits. We provide contracts that match your needs; all costs are spelled out, never a surprise after you place a call out for billable service. At 5 POINTS, we believe that preventive maintenance with planned capital improvements is better than unexpected service calls, commonly known as "shut down maintenance".
