We're on our 3rd lab and I can't think of going to anyone else. The pricing, well, they all seem expensive but who has the time to shop around. It's your pet and there really isn't any good insurance. Dr Innes tells it like it is and provides a good, common sense approach to health of your pet. Doesn't over do it nor does he sell you. He honestly took an extraordinarily amount of time to help Ozzy, our 8 year old lab, with an inoperable tumor in his spin. It drove him nuts that we couldn't find the problem until we had an MRI done in Tustin - that he recommended. He offered every practical solution until we ultimately made the decision to put him down 8 months later. We wish we could bring more business to Dr. Innes - who is probably the best vet in Southern Cal.

Dr. Innes is a Wonderful and Compassionate Vet. He truly CARES.......hard to find a kind and caring Vet these day! His Office Staff kind and helpful as well. I just moved in the area and am proud to say I found my primary Vet! Thank you, Dr. Innes.......you were Wonderful with my Dog.

Dr. Innes did a wonderful job of helping me understand the nature of my pet's illness and treatment options. It is never easy having a critcally ill pet, but Dr. Innes provided the best care possible. It was a great day when I got to bring my pet home again.

We started off taking our two dogs to WESTLAKE ANIMAL HOSPITAL but were less than pleased. They were more expensive, gave unnecessary vaccinations and tests that were expensive and also unnecessary. After friend referrals and reading good reviews for Dr. Innes we decided to give him a try. It's been a good year and a half and I'm so glad that we switched. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are also very upfront when it comes to any costs that may be incurred. If there is more than one alternative in treatment, they let you know and they also let you know why, how much the price difference is and what is best for your pet. Our dogs are members of our family, so it is so important to have a vet that cares about them too. I highly recommend Dr. Innes and The Village Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Innes was recommended by our friend who used to work there and after 4 years of spectacular service, we'd never go anywhere else. We live in Simi Valley and drive ALL the way to Westlake Village because we love them so much. The entire staff is so welcoming and loving. They're honest and not misleading. It's so great to have a vet you can trust, without ANY doubt in mind. We're kind of 'regulars' there now, we can call and ask their opinion on a matter or ask for a referral and they've never led us wrong. We will always take all of our animals there for as long as they are in business.

Dr Innes has treated my dogs for 15+ years and has shown to be a very competent doctor and Surgeon. I have complete confidence in his treatment of my Dog. He has performed surgery and has treated some serious illnesses. Dr Innes is compassionate and informal but very professional as also his staff. I highly recommend Dr Inness.
