I gave this company 3 months to attempt to make things right before publicly posting my review. I have them 1 star because it required me to. They have not responded to us.

Organic pest control of Florence and Coos Bay does not have knowledge of the products they use. What they told us would be "safe for the dogs to be around" "never using enough to harm them" and "in bait boxes" killed our Baby Wayne. Bait boxes were never used.

We called and told them what happened and they said they would be up the next day to clean up any left behind (10-15 blocks of poison said the technician), they never showed. When called they hung up once they knew who was calling and refused to answer any future calls. They removed their name and address from the billing statements sent to our landlord and did not show up to our landlords other locations again.

Unprofessional, uneducated and poor quality through this company.
