A terrific place to live! I happened on it quite by accident last summer and was immediately drawn in by the warmth and friendliness of one of the owner/managers. She is ever present around here during the day striving to keep things spotless and appealing and offering a helping hand to all. With a friendly and excellent maintenance staff on the premises, living here has been hassle free. The apartments are large and open and provide all the amenities that usually command higher rental prices in this area. It's a quiet building with a great pool and deck area where gas grills and picnic tables are available for residents making it possible to enjoy outdoor picnics and socializing. I have also used the large party room which opens to the deck to host a grandson's birthday party - a huge success! This felt like home for me from the moment I walked into this apartment. Every time I turn the key in my apartment door, I'm grateful for having that happy 'accident' last summer! Thank you, Berta and Hal! (You too, Mike!)
