I have used Superlube in Westlake since moving to Bay Village in 2003. I have tried other shops from time to time when Superlube was unable to take me right away. I've always regretted it. I have been unable to find another shop whose personnel are as pleasant and helpful as they are at Superlube. But the most important quality to me in an auto repair shop is trustworthiness. I trust these people. They charge a reasonable price for honest work and have always fixed the problem that necessitated my visit.

Disappointed with the service. Promised that they would have my car ready that day. When I called, never even looked at it. They also were charging $$$$ way too
much for the repair they were to do. I refused the service and had it done else where. Never again!
