I love SiS. Susan is the first stylist I've ever had who I completely trust. I am satisfied every time I leave the salon. Not sure what happened with the bad reviews, but I know they've been there for a long time and have hundreds of very satisfied customers. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going here for about a year and have never had a problem with the service, most of the girls are wonderful. On my last visit a girl I'd never seen working before was there, I was told her name was Melissa I believe. She was talking to another stylist about how she hates people on welfare, people who have "Obama Phones", and lazy women who get pregnant and live off welfare and refuse to work. I was very offended by her crass (and pretty racist) remarks. I understand the area is a bit upperclass, but whe working with the public you should never put anyone else down, and a place of business is NEVER the place to talk about things like that. None of the other girls there seemed fazed by it, it must be a normal thing for this girl to talk down on others. I will be taking my business somewhere that takes business seriously and is respectful of people from all walks of life.
