Ruined my blonde Hi- Light. Needed root touch up hi-Lite on my very light blonde previously hi- lighted hair. Instead of using the same bleach powder product by Schwarzkopf that I mentioned, she used an inferior high lift COLOR. Needless to say my hi Lite is brassy gold and does not match the rest of my hair. No apology - No offer to fix it or pay for corrective hi light - my stylist is the owner. Now I have to pay twice as much somewhere else to get it color corrected Very Disappointed

Employees can make or break a business and the shampoo gal did just that. Never again. She clearly hates her job and took it out on my head. Too many colorists out there to settle. Never again.

I went to rainbow room salon for a haircut. I have very curly hair. I was talked into some kind of special cut for curly hair. I explained that I don't like to use a lot of product in my hair and how I wanted my hair cut. I was told that I couldn't have my hair cut that way for my curls. I left there with basically the exact same length hair I had when I got there and my hair literally smeared with product so heavily it felt like I had vaseline in my hair. Everything I said I didn't want is what I got here and for a mere $100. What a waste of money. I wish I had refused to pay.

Highly recommend the Rainbow Room. Exceptionally skilled hair stylists, very professional and service oriented. Definitely the best salon on the Westside.

I was in the Rainbow Room recently for a dramatic color makeover. My hair was jet black, a color I was told would be impossible to remove when I first applied it. As is my perrogative, I decided for a change a few months later. I had applied the black color a couple of times, so it was really set in. Wendy started me with a complete color removal, explaining every step she was performing and exactly what result we would achieve. Now I am a brilliant redhead, and couldn't be any happier. The best part is, they use an organic color line, so I felt much better about the condition of my hair, it's never felt healthier!!
