My experience with Dr. Michael Springer has been awful. I have an IBS condition that is associated with a lot of pain. I have been in the emergency and I was told there that when I am in pain, that is the time that the gastro-specialist should see me. I have seen Dr. Springer once and none of the medication that he prescribed to me has worked. I was in great pain and tried to schedule an emergency appointment but his secretary Duffy wouldn't schedule it for me. She kept telling me to go to the emergency and that there was nothing that she could do for me. She would give me an appointment which was almost a month in advance. I tried to call and complain and every phone call was directed to her. I got fed up with the whole thing and I told her that I was going to give the doctor bad reviews in the internet and made sure that I mentioned her name as well. She immediately accused me of threatening her and said that she was going to talk to her lawyer. I clearly didn’t threaten her and that is very easy for them to prove because the clinic has the ability to record conversations. After a couple of weeks I got a letter signed electronically by Dr. Springer banning me to use their facility and services due to my threatening nature of the conversation with his employees. This is pathetic and his secretary should be ashamed of herself for lying in such an unscrupulous way. Try voiding seeing this doctor or dealing with this lady (Daffy) if you can.

My experience with Dr. Issa was wonderful. He was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable unlike other doctors I have been to. I was well informed of the procedures I was going to have and they went very smoothly. I would definately recommend him to others.
