I went to Jackie on a referral. I need to change my eating habits. Never experiencing hypnosis before, I had limited expectations. After one session, its, been a week now and I feel more in control. I will do a follow up and continue this line of treatment, because diet is great, but if your head isn't in to it, you go right back to your old bad habits. That is what I hope to achieve thru this treatment
