Dr. Pighetti is a most competent, caring and compassionate practitioner. His effective treatments are only underscored by his genuine concern for the well being of his patients. I can personally attest to this due to the following scenario:

He has been effectively treating my wife for injuries sustained in an auto accident. During this time, he noticed several skin blemishes that my wife had been neglecting to see her doctor about. Thinking that it could be Skin Cancer, he encourgaed her to seek medical treatment. When my wife procrastinated, he took it upon himself to call and schedule an appointment for her with an appropriate Doctor. She was in fact diagnosed with an early stage of cancer. However, thanks to Dr. Pighetti's efforts and concerns, it was caught in time to enable her to be effectively treated . My wife owes her life to him. I give Dr. Pighetti and his staff my utmost and strongest appreciation and recomend him to anyone seeking Chiropractic care. He accepts new patients and most insurances,including Mass Health (the only one in Westfield that does).
