I had heard about Jelly Belly'...

I had heard about Jelly Belly's through some friends, but had not purchased anything from them until the Big E several years ago. They rent a tent and display many of their hot tubs. I was surprised with their staff's knowledge of all the tubs. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with ease. The free water testing at their store is one of the many reasons I continue purchasing spa products from them. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. My only complaint is that service calls can take longer than hoped- usually only about a week or so, but their service is worth the wait
