After over 5 years as a faithful customer they canceled my coverage because of claims. They only covered 1 claim. And made me feel guilty for even asking for coverage. We pay over $200 a month for coverage and they do everything they can to make you feel guilty. When we used roadside service a few times they told us if we used it again they would cut our roadside coverage. Then since we filed claims for our renters insurance (denied all but 1) they cut our renters insurance. And the one they covered they made all these accusations that they didn’t have to do it because I’m a business. But I’m just a personal reseller. Not a licensed business. I buy and sell items to earn extra cash. So your complaints aren’t valid, Im like any other person who buys an item and then sells it. They will not make you feel good about being a part of their company. Never had a good experience and so glad we switched companies. Worst experience in my life with any business. I implore you find anyone else. Even if it’s State Farm. Find a different agent, him and his team will make you feel small and like a burden.
