I have been training under Greg for almost two years now and really like the school. I tried several different martial arts schools before this one and have liked this one the best. This is the only school that I have found that is both effective for self defense and has a down- to- earth environment. Whether you are looking to compete, learn self defense, or just get in shape, this school has an outlet for you. It is also a school for all ages at all levels. Greg is a very patient instructor who takes the time to make sure ALL students learn. You also do not find the attitudes and egos in this school that are prevalent in other schools.



I would recommend this school for anyone!
