As someone who would have never dreamed of going to a chiropractor, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jeff and True Health. I was unable to move my neck and in terrible pain. Dr. Shop saw me immediately, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I was terrified upon my first visit, but was put at ease immediately. 3 days after my first visit I have full motion in my neck and am almost completely pain free. In short, he is a lifesaver!!

I have been to several chiropractors over the past 10 years. I have been seeing Dr. Lajiness for 2 years now and my back has never felt better; I feel like a new person!I would highly recommend Dr. Lajiness to anyone.
