Provided by YP.comGood instruction, but basically the average westernized watered down version of yoga aimed at material pursuits instead of the original spiritual pursuits that pure yoga is based in. Could have more organization and knowledge of the goal of yoga which is to connect with God "Krishna" in love and devotion and achieve peace, perfection and eternal bliss.
