Provided by YP.comI would definitely recommend Six Floors Down if your considering having new flooring installed. They are very professional, responded to my emails right away, and did a great job on the install. We got quotes from three places and decided to go with 6 Floors Down because they made everything so easy and the price and the service was just great!

Provided by YP.comDuring a recent remodel of our house, my husband hired several contractors/businesses for various projects. Six Floors Down was the only company that showed up on time and delivered what they promised. The quality of the product and the knowledge and experience of the associates exceeded our expectations and at an affordable price. Overall, our experience with Six Floors Down has made us a repeat customer. In fact, we have already contracted with them again to floor another room in our house. I highly recommend Six Floors Down to anyone that desires excellent customer service and delivers what they promise.

Provided by YP.comClient met with owner in person 2 times. Verbal quote was given with a witness present. When emailed final quote is was 3 TIMES the verbal quote with many non-disclosed hidden costs. When client contacted owner regarding the bait & switch scheme... client was called "bitter & vindictive." Does NOT recommend. Owner could have respected the customer with ethical behavior.
