I would NEVER recommend Reno Florist to ANYONE. They have horrible customer service! I was in the hospital in Westeville, OH and my sister in NY ordered a floral arrangement from on that was online. when it was delivered to me..it looked nothing like what was ordered. My sister called and told them...they came out took the florist back to correct brought them back the next day, adding about 3 more flowers...still leaving huge gaps of greenery clearly not in the pic it was ordered from online. They brought it back to me...My sister was not happy because floral arrangement still did not look like what she paid for. My sister and I decided...we'll just keep it but my sister wanted to call them and let them know...it still was not what was ordered. Next day I was in the bathroom in my hospital room when I heard my door to my hospital room open, no one said anything...but when I came out of the bathroom I saw 2 red roses and a note saying sorry for the inconvenence sender was not satisfied and the took, I should say STOLE my original floral arrangement! They very quietly came into my room, never looking for the recipient to explain, but quietly took the original arrangement from my hospital room WITHOUT permission. Who does that?? Horrible Customer Service. I would NEVER recommend them but will continue to tell my story because everyone I tell is in COMPLETE shock that a business would do that!! Well...Reno Florist on Shrock Road, in Westerville did!

The woman that I dealt with was so lovey and kind on the phone. Very eager to get me what I wanted for the price that I had requested, and she was able to get it delivered same day with last minute notice...even though she mentioned a blizzard was 2 hours away. She couldn't have been nicer to deal with!
